Ted and Cheryl
created their first wood burning projects in 2000 and continue to work
on these very special, one-of-a-kind projects in their spare time. They
work from photographs, so can do custo The focus of their work is dairy cattle, but they craft images of other animals and people as well. Cheryl has taken an interest in working on equine images. Jersey breeders may be have seen their work at The All American Jersey Show in Louisville, the AJCA-NAJ Annual Meetings, or on a number of Jersey farms around the country. Ted and Cheryl have captured rural images on a variety of wood items and antiques, including show boxes, farm signs, coffee tables, benches, ice cream churns and cutting boards. The images below are a sampling of some of the custom pieces they have created over the past five years.
